Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the property, ensuring cleanliness, safety and functionality across buildings, grounds, and amenities.

You will diagnose and repair issues, complete make-readies for leasing, manage repairs with contractors, and help maintain grounds, inventory, and safety compliance. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required to operate on property.
• State and local certifications as required for the jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose the source or cause of defects and perform repairs per safety standards and code requirements.
• Complete make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including inspections and coordinating vendors.
• Track inventory and return unused items; notify supervisor about re-ordering needs.
