Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical assets of our properties meet safety and quality standards. The role involves on-site duties across a stabilized, mid-rise community, with an on-call schedule and a 20% housing discount for onsite housing as part of the benefits.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready tasks for new residents, and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in property maintenance or related field.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track materials and return unused items to storage, report reorder needs.
• Document work orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities via cleaning and minor repairs.
• Support cost-control by repairing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
