Job summary
Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the buildings meet safety and quality standards. The role covers preventive maintenance, make-ready tasks, and on-site repairs across a multi-unit property. You will complete work orders, inspect, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors. The position requires OSHA safety training, EPA refrigerant certification (Type 1/II or Universal), a valid driver's license, and flexibility for on-call shifts.
Qualifications
Experience in general property maintenance and repairs.
Ability to diagnose and fix diverse systems on-site.
Familiarity with making-ready tasks and routine inspections.
Responsibilities
Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy and safety standards.
Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and inspect work.
Track inventory, obtain supplies, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Document service requests accurately for record-keeping.
Assist in grounds, common areas, and amenities maintenance.
