Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure physical aspects of properties meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role includes diagnosing defects, performing repairs, and completing preventive maintenance on gardens, common areas, and amenities.

The position requires handling on-call rotations, following safety policies, and coordinating with vendors for materials while keeping accurate records of work performed.

Qualifications

• Must follow safety standards and code requirements.
• Ability to diagnose defects and perform repairs per policy.
• Respond to resident service requests and complete preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform repairs.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant apartments and inspections.
• Track materials, stock, and notify supervisor for reordering needs.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning and minor repairs.
