Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep the property's buildings, grounds, and common areas clean, safe, and functional. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors when needed.

This role requires experience in building systems, OSHA safety awareness, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and on-call shifts. A valid driver’s license and EPA refrigerant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building systems and routine maintenance practices.
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform preventive maintenance safely.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and on-site safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on property systems.
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinates with vendors.
• Tracks inventory, supplies, and equipment; notifies supervisor on re-orders.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; conducts general cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-control by fixing parts when feasible and using materials efficiently.
