Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or related trades (repairs, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting).
• Ability to interact with residents, contractors and staff; good customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance requests from residents in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Carry out preventative maintenance as directed by Community Manager.
• Monitor and maintain plumbing, heating, and electrical systems.
• Maintain security and lock systems across the building; keep logs and records updated.
