Home Leasing is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Superintendent in daily upkeep of the building and grounds. You will perform routine repairs across apartments, common areas, and parking lots, including turnover cleaning and snow removal.

Responsibilities include implementing the preventative maintenance schedule, preparing condition reports, and handling on-call emergencies while maintaining accurate records and resident service requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in property maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Good communication and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on apartments, common areas, and parking lots, including cleaning, painting, and snow removal.
• Implement the Preventative Maintenance Schedule.
• Prepare reports on property conditions and maintenance operations.
• Provide on-call coverage for emergency calls.
• Prepare apartments during turnover and complete resident service requests.
• Inspect parking lots for oil spills and unauthorized vehicles.
• Report damage, vandalism, and other incidents in writing.
• Maintain site lighting and respond to lockouts or disturbances.
• Maintain records as required.
