Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician to assist with the property’s maintenance processes, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. The role includes the make-ready process under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The technician will perform community maintenance, respond to requests, assist with turn events, and ensure safety, with on-site daily attendance and adherence to OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance of the property including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Assist with the make-ready process under supervision.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety and OSHA guidelines across maintenance tasks.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
