Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform work orders, grounds and common area maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of community and maintenance shop per policy.
• Staff on-call for maintenance emergencies per schedule.
• Report issues to Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Assist in other tasks as directed by supervisor.
