Capstone Real Estate Investments, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle a variety of tasks including work orders, grounds upkeep, and tenant relations. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, with on-call duties for emergencies as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred with maintenance experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in English.
• Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred and good customer service.

Responsabilités

• Perform work orders, grounds and common area maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness of community and maintenance shop per policy.
• Staff on-call for maintenance emergencies per schedule.
• Report issues to Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Assist in other tasks as directed by supervisor.
