Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across multifamily communities. You will assist with corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, supporting make-ready, pool maintenance, and safety compliance. The role requires reliable on-call availability and accurate record-keeping to uphold our high standards.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Reliability and willingness to work on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: perform corrective, preventative and routine tasks.
• Respond to resident management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with make-ready and turnover of units and common areas.
• Maintain pool area and chemical logs; ensure safety compliance.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards and report findings.
• Maintain maintenance shop in an organized, safe condition and track inventories.
