Job summary

CREI Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform work orders, grounds and common area maintenance, and maintain positive resident relations. Under the supervision of the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor, you will complete routine service requests within 24 hours, keep the property clean, maintain the maintenance shop, and assist in other tasks as directed.

• Must read, write, speak and communicate in English.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors.
• Completing all routine service requests within 24 hours at the direction of Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ensuring the clean condition of the community at all times.
• Maintaining the maintenance shop according to policy.
• Reporting maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager for review.
• Assisting in other tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• All other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
