Job summary

The Maintenance Technician at Ari Apartment Management is responsible for a range of community maintenance tasks to keep the property value high and residents satisfied. You will handle service requests, prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status, and represent the company professionally with residents and vendors.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs, and respond promptly to urgent needs, including after-hours calls as part of on-call

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpeting).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; trade/military training a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required; CPO preferred or willing to obtain within 60 days of employment.
