Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Greensboro, NC to carry out maintenance across the property under supervision. You will perform routine, corrective, and emergency tasks to uphold the community’s standards and safety.

Key duties include responding quickly to requests, assisting with make-ready processes, and maintaining the preventative maintenance program. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; OSHA and Fair Housing knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with daily maintenance and repairs in community common areas and units as directed by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life and minimize future repairs.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs up to date.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and amenities daily to identify hazards and address them promptly.
