Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in the maintenance of our property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. You will support the make-ready process under supervision to meet the property’s objectives.

The role requires on-site daily work, attention to safety, and timely response to resident requests. A high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: maintain common areas, buildings and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily for hazards.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Maintain maintenance shop organized and stocked, adhering to safety standards.
• Support supervisor with inventory, records, and safety programs.
• On-call emergency participation and safe work practices.
