Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance and make-ready tasks under supervision. You will handle routine and emergency repairs, assist with grounds upkeep, pool maintenance, and safety compliance across the community.

The role requires basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA standards, and reliable transportation for on-call emergencies. A high school diploma is required and full-time hours are typical.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing maintenance processes for the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Attend daily on-site operations and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections of community grounds, buildings, and units to ensure safety and quality.
