Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead field operations, coordinate teams, and ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope and budget. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and clear communication between field crews and leadership.

You will oversee subcontractors, prepare schedules, and maintain thorough documentation while adapting to changing project needs and customer requirements at client sites in Texas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• At least 4+ industry certifications are expected.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget.
• Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractors schedule, according to scope of work.
• Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor.
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories.
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents.
• Manage receipts and approval change orders.
• Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings.
• Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets.
