Job summary

First Onsite is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead on-site activities, organize resources, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

You'll coordinate delivery teams, review safety practices, and communicate progress to project leadership while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on problem solving to keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• Read Xactimate scopes and manage budgets.
• Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end.
• Maintain 4+ industry certifications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, receive, and approve proposals from subcontractors to perform work within budget
• Prepare project schedule, including job crew and sub-contractor schedules, according to scope of work
• Fill in as needed when additional responsibilities/tasks need to be completed, including physical labor
• Create and maintain job activity paperwork and jobsite inventories
• Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communications, and notable events
• Prepare reports, documentation, and other job-related administrative documents
• Manage receipts and approval change orders
• Perform or ensure execution of daily job site safety meetings
• Accurately maintain daily reports, daily sign-in timesheets, equipment records, moisture maps, and material sheets
• Responsible for vehicle and equipment maintenance - cleaned, stocked, and ready for response
• On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours
