Extended Stay America in Columbia Township, MO, is seeking a Night Service Representative Part Time to respond to overnight guest needs, manage access, and help maintain safety and comfort while the lobby is closed. The role includes handling after-hours check-ins, guest requests, and emergencies, with on-call shifts and lodging provided.

This on-site, overnight position includes housing in a guest room provided as part of employment and potential coverage for nearby hotels during staffing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to log events, operate hotel systems, and document issues.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, emergencies, or noise issues.
• Safeguard hotel keys and manage access.
• Process limited after-hours check-ins/check-outs and collect payments when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, safety procedures and local information.
• Address emergency situations and coordinate with responders as needed.
