Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties in Idaho. You will support move-ins, handle resident service requests, and ensure high-quality, safe living environments.

Expect hands-on work across plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry, with attention to safety and customer service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of related experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license and required EPA/CPO certifications as stated.
• Ability to read manuals, safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Proficiency with basic math and ability to prepare simple reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, cleaning and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with a professional attitude.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas and on-site amenities for safety and quality.
• Perform maintenance tasks in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and painting as needed.
• Participate in on-call scheduling and report concerns to supervisor.
• Attend required training and represent Cushman & Wakefield professionally.
