Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily to support residents with timely, quality service and a clean, safe living environment. You will handle make-ready tasks, respond to requests, and maintain grounds and common areas across properties.

On-site role requiring basic trades knowledge (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry) and a professional, customer-focused approach. Training and safety compliance are emphasized; a valid license and EPA 608 Type II are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Valid Driver’s license, EPA 608 - Minimum Type II and CPO or local city required certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make ready apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and housekeeping duties.
• Responds to resident requests promptly with a professional attitude.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Performs maintenance as scheduled by the Maintenance supervisor.
