Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily to support resident services across properties in Midland, TX. The role emphasizes timely responses, move-in readiness, and quality maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1+ year of related experience, a valid driver’s license, EPA 608 Type II, and the ability to work on-call shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• Valid Driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification required.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, manuals and policies.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make-ready apartments, including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning and general maintenance.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Performs scheduled and on-demand maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, electric and carpentry.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; participates in safety procedures and reporting.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
