Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties. This on-site role supports residents with move-ins, timely service, and high-quality customer care. You will handle plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep to maintain safe, clean communities.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with safety procedures. On-call may be required and a strong teams-based culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• EPA 608 - Type II and CPO certificates preferred.
• 1+ years of related experience in maintenance or multifamily housing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting and cleaning.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Perform plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal tasks as needed.
• Maintain grounds and amenities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Attend required training and follow Cushman & Wakefield safety procedures.
