Job summary

The Maintenance Technician at Cushman and Wakefield supports resident moves, ensures timely repairs, and maintains property grounds and amenities. You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to service requests, and help deliver superior customer service to residents across our multifamily communities.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and certifications such as EPA 608 Type II. This on-site role requires a sharp eye for safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or vocational training required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certification required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to read/understand manuals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with a professional attitude.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and report concerns to supervisor.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company standards.
