Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties. You will perform make-ready tasks, respond to resident service requests, and help deliver quality move-ins with a professional approach.

The role requires knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and safe operation of tools. On-call may be required; you will uphold safety standards and provide exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA 608 Type II certification or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and amenities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Perform scheduled maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report maintenance concerns to supervisor.
• On-call duties may be required for after-hours emergencies.
