Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Knoxville to assist with on-site maintenance across the community, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to keep common areas and units in excellent condition.

Responsibilities include responding to resident and management requests, performing make-ready tasks, pool and grounds upkeep, safety compliance, and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas in a timely manner.
• Perform routine, preventative, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance tasks as directed.
• Assist with the make-ready process and unit inspections.
• Maintain safety standards and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain logs and records of service requests and maintenance actions.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage at the community.
