Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in all maintenance activities across properties. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision to keep units and common areas in excellent condition.

You will handle make-ready tasks, respond to service requests, and help maintain safety and cleanliness across the community, including pool care and grounds upkeep.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software use.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain community and unit common areas and perform make-ready tasks.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for hazards and perform preventive maintenance.
• Assist with inventory of tools and supplies and keep records updated.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with safety practices.
