Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance operations at our properties. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring safe and quality work across common areas and units.

Responsibilities include responding to requests, assisting in turn events, and maintaining accurate logs. You must have basic computer skills, a high school diploma, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community maintenance, preventive, and corrective tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform routine maintenance and cosmetic tasks in common areas and units.
• Assist in scheduling and execution of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain safe and organized maintenance shop and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
