Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance, make-ready tasks, and routine preventive work under supervision. This role requires onsite attendance and a focus on safety and quality.

You will respond to requests, perform pool maintenance, inspect grounds daily, and assist with inventory and records. Strong communication and basic computer skills are needed.

Qualifications

• On-site service and customer-facing skills required.
• Ability to perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
• Familiarity with safety practices and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance and make-ready tasks for community areas, buildings and units.
• Maintain pools, grounds, and common areas; track chemical logs.
