Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance at The Pointe at Lake Murray. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision to meet operating objectives.

This role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA regulations. On-site work, regular attendance, and on-call readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required for onsite software functions.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Perform community and unit maintenance tasks and cosmetic repairs.
• Respond to work orders and manage maintenance requests promptly.
