Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across the community, including corrective, preventative, and cosmetic tasks. You will assist with make-ready, pool upkeep, and safety compliance under supervision, ensuring timely responses to resident requests.

The role requires aHigh School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Able to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: perform maintenance on community facilities, buildings, and units.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain and inspect grounds, pools, and safety logs.
• Assist with make-ready process and safety standards per OSHA.
• Maintain records of service requests, preventive maintenance, and inventory.
• Support maintenance supervisor and community manager as needed.
