Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance processes across properties, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic upkeep. Responsibilities include make-ready tasks, pool maintenance, and safety-compliant operations, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor.

The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic on-site software skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and make-ready tasks.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend life of the community.
• Report observed violations and participate in on-call emergencies.
