Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property maintenance across our communities. You will perform preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic upkeep, respond to resident requests, and assist with make-ready activities under supervision.

The role emphasizes safety, record-keeping, and efficient collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to maintain a high standard of living for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity are required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events and scheduling.
• Perform preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.
• Maintain pool chemistry logs and pool maintenance tasks.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other features to identify hazards and address them.
• Keep the maintenance shop organized and stocked while following safety standards.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and respond as needed.
• Document service requests and maintenance actions accurately.
