Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across properties. The role involves corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks aligned with property objectives.

The ideal candidate collaborates with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, participates in on-call emergencies, and maintains logs, safety practices, and proper recordkeeping while ensuring resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist with unit inspections, scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the maintenance shop, safety standards, and OSHA guidelines; monitor inventory of equipment and supplies.

Education
