Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Maintenance Technician to assist in corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across the community. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will help with make-ready tasks and daily upkeep of buildings and common areas.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of OSHA requirements and Fair Housing Laws.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community maintenance and routine repairs.
• Respond to resident and management requests in a timely manner.
• Perform make-ready tasks and prepare units for turnover.
• Maintain safety logs and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Inspect common areas and grounds for hazards daily.
• Support maintenance supervisor with inventory and records.
