Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our multifamily communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

Daily duties include on-site maintenance, responding to work orders, pool upkeep, grounds care, and assisting with make-ready and inspections while following safety policies. Strong basic computer skills and knowledge of OSHA required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on community common areas and units as directed.
• Respond to resident requests and manage work orders promptly.
• Clean and maintain the exterior grounds and common areas daily.
• Maintain swimming pool and log chemicals.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards.
• Assist in make-ready process for units.
• Participate in on-call emergencies.
