Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a temporary Maintenance Technician to assist in maintenance operations across the community. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, supporting make-ready processes to meet property objectives.

You will handle daily site work, respond to requests, assist with turnover events, pool maintenance, safety compliance, and keep accurate records on service requests and logs, under supervision of Maintenance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance duties as described in the posting.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements for community areas and units.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the exterior grounds and common areas.
• Perform pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and facilities for hazards and safety.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and logs.
• Follow asset keys policy and safety guidelines.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and stocked.
• Support supervision in safety programs.
• Participate in unit inspections as requested.
• Monitor inventory of equipment and supplies.
