Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance across our communities.

You will be involved in make-ready processes, respond to work orders, perform pool and grounds maintenance, and assist in scheduling maintenance that aligns with property objectives under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and address safety concerns.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program that extends the life of the community and minimizes future repairs.
• Assist with the general upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning of office, common areas, and model unit.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.

Education
