Asset Living is seeking a temporary Maintenance Technician to support on-site property upkeep across community buildings, grounds, pools, and common areas. You will assist in make-ready tasks, respond to work orders, and help maintain safety and cleanliness under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The position requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Perform community maintenance and unit make-ready tasks.
• Respond to resident requests and service orders promptly.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance on site.
• Inspect and maintain pools, grounds, and common areas.
• Assist in inventory and scheduling of maintenance work.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
