Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in all maintenance activities across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, and cosmetic work under supervision, participate in make-ready tasks, and help ensure safety and quality in common areas and units.

The role requires high school education, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. On-call duties and quick response to resident requests are part of the job, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas and units.
• Assist in maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform pool maintenance and keep chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards and address issues.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance in all tasks.
