Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Mead, Colorado community. The role supports maintenance processes, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will handle on-site repairs, perform make-ready tasks, maintain safety and OSHA documentation, and participate in emergency on-call coverage while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas in a timely manner.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Perform repairs and replacements for community areas and units as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and records related to service requests and make-ready status.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
