Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property's maintenance operations, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision. You will participate in make-ready processes and daily site upkeep, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role emphasizes on-site attendance, safety, and customer relations with residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance, repairs and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident and management requests promptly.
• Maintain preventive maintenance and proper records.
• Assist in on-call emergency duties and safety compliance.
