Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance across properties. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring timely repairs and quality make-readies in alignment with property objectives.

You will assist in daily operations, respond to service requests, maintain safety and OSHA guidelines, and participate in on-call emergencies to uphold property standards and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community and minimize future repairs.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies and documenting service requests.
