Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Manitou Springs, CO location. This role supports maintenance processes across the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks, under supervision.

You will assist with make-ready and respond to resident requests in a timely manner. The position requires basic computer skills, the ability to operate within OSHA guidelines, and willingness to participate in on-call emergencies to keep the community

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready process in line with property objectives.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform pool maintenance and maintain chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for hazards and carry out preventive maintenance.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent
