Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our property communities on-site in Colorado. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

Regular on-site attendance is required, with duties ranging from routine repairs to make-ready tasks and safety compliance. The position emphasizes customer service to residents, accurate record-keeping, and participation in on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Assist with the maintenance/repair tasks for community common areas and units.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair turn events.
• Maintain the maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community and respond as needed.
• Maintain accurate records regarding service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold resident relations.
