Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in all maintenance processes across the property, including preventive, routine, and emergency tasks. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager and emphasizes on-site attendance and customer relations with residents and management.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, performing repairs in common areas and units, maintaining pools and grounds, and participating in make-ready tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas and units.
• Perform maintenance on community areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program to extend property life.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Report violations to Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
