Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Fort Collins, CO to support maintenance across the community under supervision. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks and assist with make-readies, responding to work orders promptly.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills for on-site software, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with the make-ready process and inventory management.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs and safety practices in compliance with OSHA.
