Job summary

Asset Living in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a Maintenance Technician to support on-site property maintenance across multiple communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision and assist with the make-ready process to meet operational objectives.

A high school diploma is required; basic computer skills and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing Laws are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance and repairs in common areas and units.
• Assist with make-ready processes and scheduling of maintenance/repair events.
• Maintain the maintenance shop organized and stocked, following safety standards.
• Assist in safety programs and on-call emergency maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, logs, and inspections.
