Job summary

Asset Living in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Maintenance Technician to support upkeep of a multifamily community. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Strong safety mindset, reliable transportation for on-call emergencies, and willingness to work weekends

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills needed for onsite software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of community grounds, buildings, and units.
• Respond to resident requests and maintenance work orders promptly.
• Perform preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance as directed.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines; participate in on‑call emergencies.
