Job summary

Asset Living is a nationwide property management leader focusing on thriving communities and comprehensive resident services. The Temporary Maintenance Technician role supports on-site maintenance, make-ready tasks, and responsive service for residents, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day maintenance tasks for community properties.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive and cosmetic maintenance on buildings and units.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines in all tasks.
• Support make-ready processes and inventory management.
