Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our community properties and assist in corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. You will help with make-ready tasks and ensure operations align with property objectives.

Regular on-site attendance is required; you will respond to work orders, inspect units and common areas, maintain records, and participate in on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: perform upkeep of common areas and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist with scheduling and execution of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Perform daily exterior upkeep of the community, including grounds and common areas.
• Maintain swimming pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and features to identify hazards and ensure safety.
